This yellow honey processed Red Catuai hails from the El Alto farm in Costa Rica's Dota Valley, Tarrazú region at 1900-2000 meters elevation. Enrique Navarro Porras and his family have cultivated this coffee since taking over their Monte Copey farms, employing sustainable practices with environmentally friendly fertilizers and no pesticides while handpicking only perfectly ripe cherries. The cup delivers dried fruit and berry notes alongside floral elegance, reflecting the care taken in separating coffees by cultivar, plot, and picking date throughout production.
