Roaster notes

This medium roast blend features heirloom varieties processed naturally, offering a unique opportunity to sample test batches from our roasting process. These small lots may be leftover batches or experimental profiles that didn't quite hit our target, but they remain perfectly suitable for espresso drinks or batch brewing. We're happy to share these still-excellent coffees at a reduced price because they deserve to be enjoyed rather than wasted.
