Roaster notes

BlackStock Blue is a Rainforest Alliance certified 100% Arabica blend composed of coffees from Colombia's Medellín region, West Honduras (SHG), Southeast Minas Gerais in Brazil, and Ethiopia's Djimma area in the Kaffa and Illubabor zones. The Colombian Excelso beans are hand-picked and washed processed, while the Brazilian component provides a mild body through natural processing; Ethiopian Arabica contributes fruity and sweet tones that complete this blend. Slow roasted to develop a full body with bright acidity and citrus notes, this coffee works well for both espresso and lungo preparations.
