From Bette Buna Megadu farm in Ethiopia's Guji region comes a coffee born from experimentation—the producers' first attempt at anaerobic processing last season, a risk they were keen to take despite the uncertainty. The 96-hour natural anaerobic process yields subtle accents of nuts, caramel, and moka.
