Peru, Pluma Dorada Gesha

Roaster notes

From Andy Llanos Delgado's farm in Santa Rosa, Colasay District of north Peru comes this Gesha variety coffee. Processed with an extended dry/natural fermentation using tartaric acid, the lot delivers overwhelming yellow fruit flavors—peach, lemon, and pineapple—alongside delicate florals. The result is a super sweet and satisfying cup that remains remarkably clean despite its natural processing.
