Ethiopia, Sakicha

Roaster notes

This Grade 1 washed coffee comes from Sakicha Washing Station in the Guji region of Ethiopia's Oromia zone, an area known for vibrant and complex flavors where coffee even grows wild through cracks in concrete. The cup delivers citrus-y clementine and sweet cantaloupe melon notes, finished with a light honey and floral character. This lot is sourced from Nardos Coffee, a third-generation family-run exporter whose great-grandfather began producing coffee in Guji in the 1960s.
