Las Laderas
Roaster notes
High up in the mountains of El Salvador, the Lina family has been running the Las Laderas coffee farm for generations. Tucked between two national parks and overlooking Coatepeque Lake, this honey-processed filter showcases what their land can do. The farm preserves 20 hectares of natural forest for shade-grown coffee near Ilamatepec Volcano's rich volcanic soils, allowing beans to develop richer, more complex flavours through slower growth.
