Colombia, Jardines Gesha Carbonic Maceration

Roaster notes

Felipe Arcila is a fourth-generation coffee grower and co-founder of Cofinet in Colombia's Quindio region. This Red Gesha from Jardines del Edén was processed using carbonic maceration, where whole cherries ferment anaerobically in CO2-filled containers to develop intense complexity. The result is an extraordinarily sweet and layered cup with vibrant strawberry, orange, and rose notes.
