The unique Caturra x Gesha hybrid combines the resilience of traditional Caturra with Gesha's renowned cup quality through an innovative grafting technique inspired by winemaking. After a 72-hour fermentation and sun-drying on raised beds, this anaerobic washed coffee delivers vibrant notes of raspberry, lime, and toffee.
