After placing sixth at Colombia's Cup of Excellence among over a thousand submissions, genetic testing revealed this variety is a first-generation offspring from Ethiopia's wild coffee forests. The natural process delivers an intense, jammy texture with flavors of strawberry, caramelised peach, blackcurrant jam, and red grapes.
