Roaster notes

Sourced from smallholder farmers on Mikuba Hill in Kayanza, this coffee is processed at the Heza washing station as part of the Long Miles Coffee Project. The lot features carefully selected Red Bourbon cherries that undergo a double fermentation process before being slowly dried on raised beds. Expect a vibrant cup profile with distinct notes of red apple, candied orange, and hibiscus.
