This expressive Ugandan coffee features a distinctively wine-like character with lively acidity that adds tension to the cup. Espresso highlights notes of raisins and blueberry, accompanied by a subtle fermenting impression and rich cacao. When prepared as a cappuccino, it develops a round, creamy texture reminiscent of Baileys, while the americano retains recognizable dried fruit tones against a softer chocolate background.
