This coffee brings together harvests from female smallholder farmers working around San Antonio Huista in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Primavera's quality control team evaluates and selects individual lots that are then combined into a cohesive regional blend reflecting the character of the area. The cup offers notes of dark chocolate, caster sugar, and cigar, while an additional premium paid for this lot funds training sessions and workshops specifically designed for women producers in the region.
