This washed coffee comes from smallholder farms in Nariño, Colombia, collected by Promotora Cafe de Altura cooperative near Buesaco on a ridge in the Andes Mountains at 1850 meters elevation. Decaffeinated using the sugar cane method (Ethyl Acetate process) to 97%, this coffee presents caramel sweetness with bright lemon notes and smooth milk chocolate undertones.
