This coffee originates from Ethiopia's Guji zone in the Oromia region, where approximately 700 smallholder farmers bring their ripe cherries to the Uraga Raru Boda washing station for traditional washed processing. Grown at 2300 meters above sea level using heirloom varieties, this lot delivers a vibrant cup with bright peach notes alongside dark fruits and floral aromatics. The coffee offers a juicy mouthfeel with medium body, showcasing the distinctive character of Guji's high-altitude terroir through careful smallholder cultivation and traditional processing methods.
