Roaster notes
This washed coffee from Ethiopia's Limu region comes from Sediloya, a washing station that processes cherries harvested by nearby small-scale farmers. After the fruit flesh is removed, the beans dry on raised mesh beds for up to two weeks. The cup offers a refreshing character with flavors of raspberry, red apple, and black tea.
