This Costa Rican coffee from La Chumeca farm is described as a diamond of the region, offering delightful flavors of raspberry jam, green apple, and black tea with a sparkling mouthfeel. The producer, Don Martín, represents the fourth generation of his family working with coffee, having processed his own beans at the La Chumeca micromill since 2014 using natural processing methods. Since 2016 he has specialized in fermentation processes, bringing decades of expertise to this single-origin offering from the San Francisco farm.
