Uganda Nafuna

Roaster notes

This bright and sweet coffee from Eastern Uganda's Bukyabo region is named after Jackline Nafuna, a valued member of The Coffee Gardens team who began as a day worker and later purchased her own land to grow coffee. Her cherries are depulped then co-fermented with their pulp for 23 hours before drying on raised beds. The cup delivers nectarine, red apple, lemon, black tea and brown sugar notes from the fertile slopes of Mount Elgon.
