Roaster notes

This coffee from Indonesia's Manggarai region on Flores island features Wellow Catuai and Typica varieties grown at 1700 meters. Processed using the Dark Room anaerobic method, where cherries ferment in sealed bags within a dark environment, it develops a distinctive sweet and funky character with notes of cranberry, ripe apple, balsamic vinegar, pink grapefruit, and tamarind.
