This elegant single-origin coffee from Ethiopia's West Arsi region arrives at Refisa washing station in Nensebo Woreda, where 588 local farmers deliver cherries grown at 2070 meters elevation using heirloom varieties native only to Ethiopia. The cup is floral and sweet with notes of honeydew melon, peach, and red grapes, finishing with pineapple, vanilla, and a touch of chocolate; as it cools, black tea, red berries, and citrus emerge.
