Roaster notes

This washed coffee from Ethiopia's Gedeo zone is grown on small family farms at 1950 to 2100 meters elevation, where plants mature slowly in the shade of native trees and false bananas using traditional agroforestry methods. The beans are processed at the Banko Gotiti washing station and gently dried outdoors on African raised beds for 10-15 days, resulting in an exceptionally clean, elegant cup with remarkable sweetness and complexity. A delightful, fresh, and floral coffee perfect for those who appreciate Ethiopian specialty coffee at its finest.
