This Ethiopian coffee comes from Dimtu Tero, an organic farm with its own washing station in the Guji zone's Odo Shakiso district. The semi-forest cultivation at 1,800–2,200 meters altitude produces a cup of tea-like elegance—floral with refined citrus acidity. Founded in 2016 by Getachew Zeleke, this vertically integrated operation grows coffee among natural shade trees and collaborates closely with local smallholder farmers.
