Roaster notes

This washed coffee from Ethiopia's Gedeo zone grows on small family farms at 1950 to 2100 meters elevation, where plants mature slowly under native trees and traditional agroforestry. Processed at the Banko Gotiti washing station since 2009, it's gently dried for 10-15 days on African drying beds to create a clean, elegant cup with fresh floral notes and natural sweetness.
