Santuario Sul is an innovative coffee farm near Carmo de Minas that functions as both a test station and production site, cultivating over 30 varieties including this SL28 originally from Kenya. Processed through anaerobic fermentation for 96 hours with fruit-drying, the beans develop rich body and sweetness from the retained glucose and fructose of the cherry. The resulting cup delivers juicy, intense flavors that blend Brazilian character with the vibrant qualities typical of Kenyan coffee.
