Cultivated by the Mierisch family for over a century in Nicaragua’s Matagalpa region, this coffee comes from El Limoncillo, an eco-tourism farm dedicated to preserving local biodiversity. Grown at altitudes between 850 and 1200 meters, the Catuai variety thrives in these varied elevations alongside other distinct cultivars. The resulting cup offers a sweet profile characterized by notes of honey, red fruits, and berries.
