Burundi Muyinga

Roaster notes

This coffee comes from the volcanic hills of Muyinga in north-east Burundi, where small farmers with generations of knowledge cultivate Red Bourbon Arabica. Grown at 1500-1700 meters altitude on fertile volcanic soil, the cherries are hand-picked when ripe and carefully washed. The cup offers a floral character with notes of red berries, green apple, and a light hint of honey—a true taste sensation from this mild, humid climate.
