This specialty coffee comes from Fazenda Nakamura, where the Nakamura family has cultivated coffee since emigrating from Japan to Brazil in 1929. After years of farming across São Paulo and Paraná states, Cláudio and Elvia Nakamura established their farm in Chapada de Minas in 1986, creating a sustainable operation that hand-picks every cherry during the uniform harvest season. The beans undergo ten days of controlled fermentation in sealed vessels before being processed using solar energy that powers the entire farm's operations.
