This coffee was grown by Luis Anibal Calderon at Villa Betulia farm in Huila. It features Sidra Bourbon, a hybrid variety between Bourbon and Typica known for its sweet and bright character. The beans underwent anaerobic fermentation for 40 hours before sun-drying, resulting in delightful flavors of strawberry, raspberry, and fresh orange juice.
