Roaster notes

This highland arabica from Zamora-Chinchipe, Ecuador comes from Finca La Hormiga, one of three plantations managed by the Garcia family near the Peru border. Located on the Amazon side of the Andes at 1730 meters elevation, this natural-processed coffee is grown with ecological care—minimizing machine and water use while relying solely on natural fertilizers. The cup delivers a medium body with bright fruity acidity and sweetness, showcasing vibrant notes of blood orange and raspberry that surprised even the roasters on first tasting.
