This light-medium roast from Finca Andaluz in Génova, Quindío showcases the rare Wush Wush variety originally from Ethiopia. Anaerobically processed, it delivers a super clean cup with silky mouthfeel and expressive malic acid, evoking notes of lychee, elderflower, and cider. A bit like a washed Ethiopian coffee, but more—this is a fascinating example of an uncommon variety in outstanding quality with a long, lingering aftertaste.
