This White Honey Geisha from Finca El Placer is produced by Sebastián Ramírez, a fourth-generation grower in Quindío who transformed his family farm into both a coffee estate and experimental processing lab. His meticulous approach—carefully sorting cherries, fermenting anaerobically at controlled temperatures, then drying slowly under shade cloth—yields an intensely aromatic cup with floral notes of bergamot and green tea alongside sweet apricot and pineapple. The result is a bold, playful coffee that showcases why his lots are among Colombia's most sought-after.
