Sugarcane Decaf
Roaster notes
This coffee comes from the Nasa Wex indigenous community in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, where it thrives at 1,700 to 2,000 meters in rich volcanic soil. It undergoes the Sugar Cane decaffeination process, which utilizes ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane to naturally remove caffeine while preserving the beans' inherent flavors, resulting in a decaf that still packs a punch of Colombian complexity and sweetness with notes of berry, brown sugar, and wine gum.
