This washed filter coffee from Colombia's Timaná region offers an approachable cup with excellent drinkability. The palate reveals ripe plum, red apple, and brown sugar sweetness, while its body stands up beautifully to a splash of plant milk. Timaná is one of Colombia's oldest indigenous settlements, where farmers from Tarquista and Timaná work family farms of 1-5 hectares, united by dedication and passion for growing coffee.
