Sourced from the Uraga Guji region in Ethiopia, this coffee is a blend of cherries from approximately 500 local smallholder farmers processed at Siko Washing Station. The washed process highlights a fruity character with notes of citrus fruit, dark cherry, and cream toffee. It offers an elegant balance of sweetness and complexity, making it suitable for both espresso and darker filter preparations.
