This washed coffee arrives from Siko Washing Station in Uraga Guji, Ethiopia, where approximately 500 local farmers bring their harvest for careful processing. The result is an elegant cup with bright citrus fruits, dark cherry, and creamy toffee notes that unfold into a long, sweet finish. This blend captures the natural complexity of Ethiopian heirloom varieties grown at high altitude among diverse vegetation.
