This rare Bourbon Aji variety—genetically related to Ethiopian landraces rather than true bourbon—delivers complex fruit with juicy apricot and tangerine alongside hibiscus floral notes. The name reflects the ripe cherry's mucilage layer that subtly aromas of red chili, making this washed coffee both delicate and vibrantly alive in the cup.
