After Dark is a dark-roasted decaffeinated espresso blend combining coffees from the Cauca region of Colombia and Jaén in Peru, grown at approximately 1800 meters. This coffee delivers rich notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts, and malt on the palate. The beans are gently decaffeinated using a natural carbon dioxide process that preserves the delicate flavor compounds while removing caffeine.
