This coffee from Rwanda's Lake Kivu region is produced by Jean Paul, a fourth-generation farmer who processes his harvest at the Liza Washing Station with the help of 50 women who hand-sort, ferment in water tanks, and dry on raised beds. The cup reveals beautiful layers of flavor—black cherry, almond, and honey shine through in espresso, while filter brewing brings forward notes of honey, lemongrass, and apricot.
