La Roca is a natural process coffee from small-scale producers in southern Tolima, Colombia. Grown between 1,600 and 2,100 meters in volcanic terrain with a mild climate, this lot brings together beans from the regions of Gaitania, Santiago Pérez, and Planadas. The natural fermentation creates ripe dried fruit flavors like banana and raisins alongside a subtle rum-like character.
