Sourced from Julio Chavez’s San Sebastian farm in Peru’s La Convencion province, this Gesha lot reflects the communal spirit of Cusco’s coffee-growing families. The beans are washed and dried on African-style beds for ten days after depulping, a method that highlights their delicate character. The resulting cup offers an elegant interplay of Meyer lemon brightness, jasmine floral notes, and rich date sweetness.
