This coffee comes from Dreyde Delgado's San Antonio farm in Cajamarca, northern Peru. The cup offers honeydew melon, honeyblossom, chardonnay grape and floral notes that make it sweet and delicate while still full of flavor. Dreyde is known for his passion for fermentation experiments and has grown his farm from one hectare given by his mother to three hectares total.
