This exceptional espresso coffee from Congo's Kivu region comes through Makeda, sourced from the resilient farmers of the Amka Mlimaji cooperative. Grown at altitudes between 1450 and 1850 meters, these hand-picked Red Bourbon cherries are dried on African beds to preserve their distinct fruity character. The result is a smooth, silky cup with notes of gooseberry, tropical fruit, and honey—a sweet finish that honors the courage of those who cultivate it.
