This Ethiopian decaf coffee comes from landrace varieties grown by the Tokuma group of producers in the Agaro region of western Ethiopia. Naturally processed then decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate method, this coffee offers a fruity and funky cup with notes of chocolate cookie, orange, and pear. It demonstrates that decaf can be interesting and flavorful rather than dark and roasty.
