This natural-processed coffee comes from Ethiopia's Guji region, where Haile Gebre owns both the Shakisso farm and mill that collects cherries from over 320 local growers. Recognized by Trabocca as "the Godfather of Guji coffee," his work has made him an important figure in Ethiopian coffee. This Mixed Heirloom varietal grown at 1800 masl offers strawberry bubblegum notes, orange marmalade, and a touch of posh milk chocolate in the aftertaste.
