Ethiopia Chorso Black Honey

This black honey processed coffee comes from Chorso in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region, made up of collected cherries from smallholders in the area. The honey process leaves most of the mucilage intact during drying, creating a cup with more sweetness than washed coffees but without the funkiness of naturals. It has notes of peach ice tea, bergamot, and maple syrup.
