This coffee comes from a small family farm in Worka Chalbesa, part of Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region. The farm is run by Alemayehu and his brother, who each inherited ten hectares from their father and now export directly with their own license. Expect the classic "strawberries and cream" character alongside herbal notes, floral aromatics, stone fruit sweetness, crisp acidity, and hints of rooibos and peach-tea.
