This special small lot features the rare Kenya variety propagated by Rodolfo on Finca El Salvador’s slopes in Apaneca-Ilamatepec. The cherries were manually separated and naturally processed with a distinctive 48-hour maceration to highlight their unique character. In the cup, you will find rich notes of caramel and molasses balanced by a bright hint of Kenyan acidity.
