This washed Pink Bourbon comes from Jose Martinez, a second-generation producer born on his family's Palestina farm who placed first for Pink Bourbons at Colombia's Cup of Excellence. Grown alongside Gesha, Caturra, and Chiroso varietals at 1700 meters above sea level, this coffee delivers an exceptionally clean cup with bright apricot sweetness, rich brown sugar depth, and a refreshing lemongrass finish.
