Humure

Roaster notes

Grown in Rwanda’s Muhazi region, this coffee benefits from fertile soils and cool nights that allow cherries to ripen slowly for complex flavor development. Processed at the Humure washing station using a combination of anaerobic and aerobic fermentation, the beans are washed and sun-dried. The result is an expressive cup with a buttery body and distinct notes of apricot and banana.
