This Colombian single-origin from the Tierradentro region is cultivated by small-scale farmers in the Inza municipality on plots ranging from half to one and a half hectares at 1700 meters elevation. Grown primarily as Castillo and Caturra varieties, this traditionally washed coffee delivers complex flavor nuances of tangerine, yellow plum, and caramel with balanced acidity that complements its natural sweetness. The region's indigenous Paeces heritage adds cultural depth to this distinctive cup profile from western Cauca.
