This natural process coffee comes from The Shyira Washing Station in Rwanda's Nyabihu region, built in 2017 at 2000 metres above sea level. The station collects cherries from local producers living as high as 2400 masl—some of the highest grown coffee in Rwanda—with plentiful water access contributing to exceptional cup quality. This harvest's natural lot delivers juicy vibrancy with blackberry sweetness and bright red apple acidity, offering real depth of flavour characteristic of this remarkable region.
